John Costello was one of the best landlords I've ever had. Some of his units are pricey but this is due to Pittsburgh property taxes skyrocketting in the last couple years. If you can afford him, he is worth it. He has dog friendly properties too. What a great landlord!

I have seen the best and the worst landlords. I can say with great accuracy that John Costello is a stand up guy. He quickly repaired anything that needed fixed. When I broke a window and told him he didnt seem to care. i paid to fix it and it never came up again. I had a problem with raccoons so he ordered a trap for me! I was once late with payment and all i had to do was call him a few days early and explain it would be late. He was okay with that and happy I gave an explanation. John was ALWAYS responsive and willing to help with anything I needed. He was respectful when he showed the house and even kept a good eye on the cat who likes to run out when strangers come. I would recommend him to friends and family any day of the week. He has his shit together. if you see this john, thanks for a great year.
