I called Dan Collins/Confluence Properties to fix my stove and he just gave me a new one. He's not one of those landlords who harasses you. He stays away unless you need him, it's perfect.

The landlord, Dan Collins, was always good about returning my phone calls and fixed whatever I had a problem with within two to three days. Great landlord if you can rent any of his properties.

Dan Collins is a wonderful landlord who respects your privacy and allows some leeway for late rent checks, etc. as long as you don't screw him over. As for maintenance, I can't really say because we've never had a problem in our apartment and this is my second year living here. Excellent guy to rent from!
