CJ & his wife are super friendly and helpful at first, until they get you into their property. The same things that where broke when I moved in, a year later, are still broken. Apt. was visibly clean at a quick glance but once you look around a little bit it was disgusting (ex. dog food from previous tenant under stove causing bus, carpet stains from pets, extremely dusty). Their main "lisenced" handyman has no knowledge of anything mechanical. (ex. told us our furnace just needed a new air filter, really needed majorly cleaned out and an air exchange put into the wall) Also, would not address the bug problems in our apt. disgusting!
