This place is a hovel! Very old house in Bloomfield divided into several apartments. The walls are paper thin, the appliances are old, the bathrooms are falling apart. Electrical outlets are unsafe and the building is a huge fire hazard, difficult to evacuate if there was a fire. The entire residence is infested with rodents. Owned by a seemingly very nice old Italian woman who will find any reason to stiff you for your deposit once you vacate. If you do rent here, take photos of everything before you move in. These apartments should be condemned!
