RUN AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY THIS MAN OWNS!!! We nearly died of carbon-monoxide poison and this man said (when the temp was about 35-40 that night) to just open the windows, that he would not pay for a hotel as it was unnecessary even though he had shut off the furnace to prevent more CO from filling the building. They had no answering machine or call waiting when we lived there and the messages we left (with people that spoke little to no English) were never answered. The heat was included (well not really) it was controlled by a single thermostat and locked at 68 degrees which did nothing for the third floor where the the temp was never even 65 degrees in the winter. He tried to swindle us out of our security deposit by telling us that since we only gave 45 days notice (though he never asked if we were going to renew) that if he didn't lease it before we moved he was keeping the s.d. Which by the way is illegal since there was no issues requiring repair. This man is a slumlord and nobody should rent from him - EVER.
