DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY. The apartment looked nice, and when we asked about the safety/crime stats of the neighborhood, he told us it was perfectly safe. Just to be safe we called the Pittsburgh police, and they said the neighborhood was an extremely dangerous hotbed of gang activity and not to move there. When we told him we wouldn't be renting the place, he told us to "grow up" and resorted to personal insults. THIS GUY IS A SLUMLORD...AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
