The house is in desperate need of repairs. The ceiling caved in in the room we where using as our kids bedroom. A huge hunk of drywall fell from the ceiling, a chunk about 5 x 3'around. This fell so hard that is shock the chandleir in the diningroom directly below it. The carpenter ant issue was the most disgusting infestation I've ever had to contend with in my life, huge ants everywhere, in every room, nothing stopped them either. Wet basement. Streaming water wet. The landlords lived right next door and where very nice when we first moved in, however when my husband got a transfer from his job to another city and we had to break lease, which we notified them via snail mail, with plenty of time to rectify the rental situation, and they became so hard to deal with and very mean, become almost threatening.
