The person who runs this place, Peter, was very nice and accomodating. The price for the apartment was afforadable, and everything in the place was new and updated. There was coin-op laundry and other amenities, like free off-street parking and electric heat. When my boyfriend and I broke up and I needed a new place, he went out of his way to find me one. He even showed me one apartment that needed renovating, and offered it to me for a very low price until he and his crew could fix it up. I declined only b/c I found another place I liked better. He was still working on the building before I left though, so there were a few things that bothered me. The carpeting in the hallways was disgusting and there were a couple times when I was disturbed by loud crews working on the units down the hall. You also have to pay with money orders, which was a little annoying. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant experience. He really like Whole Foods employees, so if you work there, he might give you a good deal.

This guy finds dilapidated houses and quickly flips them with the cheapest materials possible and in such a half-assed way. You will find huge humps in your floor because he was too lazy to sand them down, constant drips from the bathroom upstairs which instead of fixing properly..he will patch and paint the ceiling..without fixing the real problem. He also enters your apartment while you are not home..or in some cases while you are home. He's a MAJOR CREEP ladies!! He doesn't take care of the property at all...AT ALL. BEWARE!
