This guy finds dilapidated houses and quickly flips them with the cheapest materials possible and in such a half-assed way. You will find huge humps in your floor because he was too lazy to sand them down, constant drips from the bathroom upstairs which instead of fixing properly..he will patch and paint the ceiling..without fixing the real problem. He also enters your apartment while you are not home..or in some cases while you are home. He's a MAJOR CREEP ladies!! He will take your security deposit and never give it back - then if you go to court and he loses, he still won't pay you. Best advice..Don't rent from this major douchebag (his name is Pete).
