Apartment is terribly maintained. Snow is never cleared. Front steps are falling apart and are a hazard. Back deck is literally rotting. Cracks are all over the walls and water damage is pulling the plaster apart in areas.We killed at least 25 mice in our time there. Be very careful regarding lease! No list of required maintenance is included upon move out, but landlord makes deductions anyway. We were required to pay half of last month's gas bill even though we had already moved out. Again, this was nowhere to found in lease that we were responsible for this. Overall, these people are crooks, the place is a dump, and it is not worth wasting your time with them.
