This company is actually just two guys - Nate and Dave. They are amazing!
They're really prompt about getting things fixed, keeping the building neat and clean, salting and shoveling the walkways, and communicating with the tenants.
The apartments are reasonably priced, and they tailor the lease to accommodate your needs. This is definitely the way properties should be managed.
