I am completing my lease at 343 Mckee Place on July 30th and decided to rate my landlord. I saw some negative posts about him that were kind of old. I however, have been really satisfied everytime we needed him he would fix things in at lease 2 days if it was urgent he would come that day! When I looked at my apartment it was being remodled so in good faith I signed a lease and gave a security deposit and Mr. Khalil held true to his words of brand new apartment when we moved in it surpassed our expectations!! He was always understanding if we were a few days late on the rent and always respected our privacy when he was showing our apartment to future tenants!! I guess a leopard does change their spots bc I can't believe some previous reviews and how Mr. Khalil treated us! I recommend this address and landlord

This man is a liar and will cheat you out of your security deposit. The building is disgusting, infested with roaches, smells of mold, and is in complete shambles. He is an awful person who also asks for you to pay rent months in advance (shady) and there are often notices posted on the building due to him not paying the bills. Living in his building with him as a landlord is the worst decision I have ever made. It was a year of complete hell.
