The apartment above us is leaking into our apartment. The resolution to this problem was a 5 gallon bucket being placed in our kitchen. The thermostat does not work. The front door is only partially framed. The basement, common area and exterior are literally full of trash and old housing supplies. Arthur is a very nice man, but does not respond to any maintenance requests. He is definetely a slumlord!
