I would not recommend this landlord to anyone. He has fallen on hard times and tries to compensate by getting more money out of you. We asked for a copy of our lease in August and didn't get it until the following May. We had an unsafe cinder block wall on our porch and he recommended not "leaning on it." Shady dealings. Shame that the house is decent and somewhat affordable. The neighborhood is also nice.
