The positives: Decent apartment at a great price in an excellent location. Angie is really nice, pretty flexible and quick to respond to problems. The negatives: They are older and can get confused - for example they called my parents when the people who lived next door didn't pay rent. They also lost one of my rent checks, which was a hassle. John is quick to accuse, but Angie is quick to defend - I tried to deal with Angie as often as I could. Overall, they do a pretty good job at keeping tenants happy, and as long as you pay your rent on time, they don't bother you unless you have a problem.
