After spending time in a slummy Oakland apartment, Andy was a welcome face in the world of landlords. He always answers his phone...and he actually gives you a phone number that is a direct line to HIM, not an answering machine. He actually cares about his property and tenants. I could not possibly recommend him more to anybody. He doesn't creep around his properties like my old landlords did but is available whenever you need him to be. Great!!
