Terrible TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience renting from this company and person. TERRIBLE. Will never rent from him again.

The home i lived in was in terrible shape when we moved in, but the price seemed right. Little did we know...the bathroom was wet, moldy, and stinky. The stove broke, and it took 2 weeks to replace. The fridge barely cooled anything but he would not replace that. There were roaches in the neighborhood and refused to spray the home in a timely manner or keep up with the spraying. He would sometimes forget whether or not we paid rent. The house had a horrible paint job, old carpets, and was the most dusty place I have ever seen. When we moved out, he attempted to place blame for all the bad painting and "hardwood floors" peeling on us. Then he had the nerves to raise the rent from $600 to $725 for the new tenants just because it was in Lawrenceville, in the 10th ward.
