Landlord is extremely threatening. Shows up unannounced, does not perform any maintence and his leases he makes you responsible for all problems. Trys to run you out with no notice then changes mind. Do not recommend as a landlord.

Ripping off tenants by charging regular wear and tear items to security deposit. For example, $50 per spot of paint peeling (over $400 charged for different spots!), when clearly everything should be included in one touch-up paint job! Unethical in dealing with tenants. Will not recommend.
