My bathroom leaked, there was no air, I was charged for a single bed but received an efficiency. I fought to get out of my lease, ended up moving out early found a new apartment and paid rent on both places. The reason there is so much availability is because no one wants to live there. I won't make that mistake again.

I rented an apt from these losers about ten years ago. Centre Court apartments. I remained for over a year in a way less than mediocre apartment. About 2 years ago I received a letter from them stating that I owed $600.00 in back rent.... 8 YEARS LATER. They threatened to take it to court. I called their office and 'Rose' said very rudely that she couldn't answer my questions. The issue was soon dropped when my lawyer called. Case and point, stay away from these people.

I scheduled to view an apartment with this company 6 years ago. it was indeed an off-campus college slum. Needless to say, I never signed a lease with this company after viewing the shoddy building and apartment. However, they forged a lease with a fake signature and tried to sue me for an entire year's worth of rent. I still receive bills and collection notices from these terrible people.

liars & cheats. maintenance is nil... laundry facilities are a big ripoff... very slow in repairs & maintanance... very fast in collecting rent!
