LIAR - Totally agree with the reviews. He will never repair anything even if agreed in writing and will try to fool you. The maintenance of the property is extremely poor and is a miracle it has not caught on fire yet because of the mess he had created with the electric wiring and gas piping. Warnings about shut-offs of gas, water and electricity for the common areas are received frequently because he does not pay the bills on time. No one stays more than one year at this apartments and everyone is unhappy with his lack of commitment.
