I was a renter 2001. There was quite a few problems wrong with my unit. One main issue was a roof leak that ran down the wall into the outlet, blowing the circuit and destroying my electronic. Of course, I informed Candy Management,and reduced my rent.
Hell began, and it was a bit problem causing me to break the lease early.
I had called the health department and everything.
