August 3, 2009 Timothy Kish stuck a cyclist at Meyran and Louisa in Central Oakland. Kish stepped out of his truck, gave the victim a towel, fled the scene, leaving the cyclist with an impacted skull--on the road, left for dead.
With every news station and police officer on the look-out for this hit-and-run driver, Kish turned himself in three days later.

Tim Kish is still a decent landlord. He always repaired things on time, and was readily available to contact.

It's ok that he senselessly killed a man and then fled from the police for days... he fixes toilets in a timely manner.
