Slumlord

Yvonne Bond is a slumlord. Just because she is a lawyer she thinks she can scam and lie to people. NEVER rent from her. Central Air comes wit the duplex, but her 35 year old man child who lives doenstairs refuses to turn it on, even after i have told them it's currently 30 in our apt, for u americans that's 90 (temp.) We were told we had a spot for our patio set when we were looking at the apt, now we are told to move it for her son and store it OFF property. She refuses to give us a contact number where we can reach her for she hungs up and screens her calls at her lawyers office, and if we have an issues between 9-4 mon-fri great but any other time we are screwed. She has made ridiculas lies about our previous landlords and been rude to me and my pregnant wife. We gave our notice and will warn anyone about this slumlord and her man child son who does not get his own mail, anser his door and leave the house. The mother (landlord) does everything for him. They are losers, liers and rude people, whom no one should ever have to deal with or rent from. Be warmed Yvonne Bond (lawyer) and her son Bond Accounting services.

the house is infested with spiders and lanlord goes through your mail, in your mailbox, have caught her twice. Claimed she was dropping off a letter, but to surprise to letter in hand or on persons. Was told that my pregnant wife and I are have loud late parties at 5am, while we both work fulltime and she's asleep by midnight and I;m at work midnight to 8 am. We were also told we have been "banging on the florr while James is printing in his computer room at nite while we are sleeping, because he is printing too loud" lol we have never banged ont he floor let alone heard a noise through the floors. We were also told that we are blocking her sons driveway, yet we own one car and have our own driveway. They are a joke.
