I would sue his ass off.I am Tired of slumlords lets start a website where we list pics of their properties and pics of them as well. Who gives a damm if they have rights we have rights too.

Actually, we are currently working on a feature to allow users to upload photos of their apartment, so look for that in the future....As for pictures of the landlords, I'm not so sure if we want to go down that road...haha

the man: takes zero responsibilities as far as handling clients. i called after my lease was up to inquire about my security deposit, since he never contacted me about it. within seconds of mentioning the security deposit, he began some nonsensical rambling, name calling, and HUNG UP on me without allowing me to get one word in. Then, upon calling him back to ask for the information once more, he continued his ignorant,immature behavior, told me not to call back, and rudely hung up a second time. keep in mind that i am a reasonably tidy tenant, and actually made efforts to improve the condition of the apt. On the other hand, he never maintained the apt, did nothing to fix it over a two year period, and then blamed us for his laziness. SOOO fed up with his incompetence.
the land: just as bad. never cared for, no repairs made, complaints are never addressed or dealt with.
take my advice: avoid this slumlord and his trashy properties, at all costs.
