The rent is cheap, you pick up free wireless from campus, it's right across from Whitman Hall, and the apartment building is closer than any dorm. However, the parking is awful, the parking that is available doesn't have proper snow removal. Landlord is slow at getting things fixed. We went three months without electricity in the bathroom...it was rediculous. And nearly a month with the bathroom sink not draining. There is no answering machine, you get hung up on a lot when you call, and he lies a lot. Doesn't have his own cell phone so he'll borrow yours, is constantly late or simply doesn't show up. Another thing - there is no lease, however I'm learning this is a negative aspect since he is not held accountable for anything.
