That is down right nasty the conditions of the houses, there is no way someone has to dodge roaches and worry if they going to crawl on you in your sleep. I feel that the Health Department needs to come by and site him, how would he like to stay in the places and see the conditions the tenants have to go through.

oh yeah, pipes froze routinely in winter. Hot water was sporadic...90 second showers in lukewarm water before it turned icy...

Ray, just stop with all this crap...please. Funny how we get accused of not getting our stories straight. Did you realize that I was at the bottom of steps listening to you and Bob. If you were truly going to make good on the check, there wouldn't have been any discussions, you would have done it. and funny how you say dennis wrote the comment, when on sunday, he had to wake YOU up to talk to me because according to him, YOU wrote the comments. and as i recall when i was trying to talk to you, he kept whispering in your ear for you to tell me to talk to my bank regarding the fees -- doesn't sound like someone willing to pay fees you caused, so don't try to make us look like the bad guys. Give me an explanation as to why -- since august -- there have been no negative comments on any websites, but when you run into financial problems and we want you to make good on money owed to us, the comments start again? Why didn't the two of you move in september if the living conditions of that apartment are so horrible, as you keep describing. why ray? i'm sick of being the bad guy because i expect payment every month. we worked with you for almost a year, we allowed you to stay and make payments time and time again, and i have the paper work to prove it, so don't now say we weren't willing to work with you, THAT IS A LIE. this is our living. do you bash duquesne light and peoples gas if your payment doesn't go throught to them? and let me get something else straight, i don't have financial woes that i need you to take care. i just want you to pay what is owed to us...period. if you think me renting an apartment to you and EXPECTING to get paid every month ON TIME is unfair, go pitch a tent with the "99%" and get out of my apartment. and also to set the record straight and to repeat what bob said several times. WE DO NOT WANT YOU OUT...WE WANTED YOU TO PAY THE RENT, ON TIME, AND YOU COULD HAVE STAYED AS LONG AS YOU WANTED. WE ARE NOT THE BAD GUYS FOR WANTING WHAT IS OWED TO US. so stop this nonsense. oh and by the way, you are correct, you can say whatever you want on the internet...just tell the truth.
