To the person who had the paint thinner on his/her car...

I would not be surprised if Joe and Fred did have something to do with the paint thinner on your car. My friend parked her car further down the street near an alley close to Fred and Joe's houses and the next morning she had some sort of yellow goo on her car. Also, spray painted were the words "No Parking". We immediately suspected Joe and Fred.
Also, the people who lived below us on the first floor paid for a parking spot in front of the house next door. When the one guy's girlfriend was visiting, she would park her car there. She had instances of sand near her gas tank. Again, we suspected Joe and Fred.
Your story just sounded all too familiar with me. I don't doubt it was Joe and Fred for one second! They are just that dirty and malicious to do something like that.

The sand was all around the tank on the outside of the car and when you opened the flap to access the gas tank, it was in there too. We are guessing that the sand was put into the tank too. Her car ran okay after that but she would not park her car there anymore. They would park it in an area lot and walk back to the house.

I have previously posted my frustrations and 'personal story of Victimization' inflicted upon me by the above party...a Mr. Fred & "Dipshit" Joe Deluiis. In the Forums Tab, under LANDLORD DISCUSSIONS, you can read the truth about these two men and what they did to me.
In my testimony I tell how Fred refused to fix my Hot Water, or ABSENCE of it, and refused to turn the heat up. I called ACHD(Allegheny County Health Dept.) After officially Citing Fred (Deluiis Rentals) with 11 INFRACTIONS, Fred became even more 'Shady', Sneaky, and Dangerous...if thats even possible.
Roughly 5 days after he recieved the Paperwork from the County HE DUMPED 2 GALLONS OF WATER INTO MY GAS TANK!!!
Now, I have no "Hard Evidence" to support this accusation but in a court of law, a Jury would fry his pathetic ass b/c he is guilty beyond a resonable doubt. The 1st incident involved me coming out to my car to go to work around 7:15 a.m. and when I got to my parking spot my car was gone. Fred came outside to start his daily routine of "Lurking and Prying around" Dawson Street all day looking for souls to give to the Devil; so I asked him "Fred, my car is gone. Did you happen to see or hear anything last night? I came home around 8:45 p.m. and it was parked here (in front of his house, where he lives with his Parents, LOL!) on the corner". His response was "Oh, ya...gibberish, broken english and his 'Turrets' syndrome, I remember seeing your car here around 10:30 last night. Maybe you went somewhere and forgot." Yeah Fred! He is NOT at all helpful in any situation.
I panic and call 911. Two police officers arrive and conduct there inquiry. They were able to confirm that NO TOWING SERVICE had a record of towing my make, model, or from this street. In other words, it was stolen. They file a stolen vehicle report and tell me that I should NOT expect to see my baby again, and if I do it will be on cinderblocks or burnt to a crisp. I told them what Fred told me, to Corroborate my story that my car was in a valid parking spot from roughly 9:00 p.m. on. When they questioned Fred he tells the Police that He never saw my car parked there and that he was inside the entire night!!
To get to the point...Howards Towing Co. on Greenfield Rd. in Hazzelwood ILLEGALLY towed my car. I suspect that Fred called them to steal it. They take ppls vehicles and after a few weeks, they chop them down to sell the parts. The Pittsburgh Police Auto Squad had been investigating them for a while and on a "hunch" the Det. went to Howard's fenced in Lot and spotted my car hidden away. The police arrested the 2 owners and I, and several others, had a civil suit filed and Howards was convicted and ordered to pay us restitution. (So stay away from them)
O.k. Thats #1. As stated above, I called the ACHD who cited Fred...#2. I was relentless in my pursuit for action, requesting that he Fixes these issues. Now, the good part...
Again, one morning I head out to go to work. I get in my car. I allowed myself extra time to stop and get gas + breakfast. I noticed my gas gauage seemed different. I wasn't positive but I thought I had less gas yesterday than today. Oh, well, I was probably not paying attention. About halfway en-route to work, in the Strip Dist. from Oakland, my car starts 'boggin' out. It actually shut off. I thought it was from being low on gas so I stopped off and put $15 in. About 1 mile later it shuts off and wouldn't start. I call a tow service and while I waited It started and went about 10 feet and 'bogged' out again.
I get it into a shop and they had to keep it overnight. I left my apt keys on my key ring w/ my car so I had to call Fred to Let me in. It took me 4 hours of calling until he finally answered and agreed to meet me and let me in. When he came over he was 'grinin' and was like "What happened to your car?" I was suspect so I said "What do you mean? Did something happen to it"? He stuttered, and fluttered, his 'Turrets' kicked in, and he finally said "oh, I meant b/c you don't have your car keys". Come on...HE KNEW!
I go get my car the next day and the Mechanic physically showed me, that somehow (Somebody) put 2 GALLONS OF WATER IN MY GAS TANK! They explained that miniscule amts accumulate overtime but 2 GALLONS IS NOT FROM NORMAL BUILD UP. IN OTHERWORDS, THE ONLY WAY FOR THAT TO HAVE HAPPENED IS IF IT WAS INTENTIONALLY, PURPOSFULLY DUMPED INTO MY GAS TANK!!! It cost me $360 in repairs!
How do I know that Fred "Dickless" Deluiis is responsible? B/C I only had that car for 1 month. Only my family, girlfriend, and co-workers (none younger than 40 and live in suburbs)knew I got a car and what it looked like; oh, ya...and FRED PLUS HIS IDIOT BROTHER. It was his way of "Getting back at me" for calling the ACHD and getting him wrote up. B/c I did something wrong, huh? ya...I should have showered in cold water and wore a Thermal Arctic Snow-Suit in my apt b/c I don't want Fred to actually "fix" anything or be accountable for his Rental Units. I approached him 1st about these issues and allowed ample time to be fixed. 3 weeks is excessive for heating and wather problems.
Fred, Joe...if you read this I would like you to know that I KNOW YOU DID IT. (Godfather: I know it was you!) Also, there IS such a thing as 'KARMA'...I know you're both Illiterate and Ignorant so I'll help you out here; KARMA = A Belief/Personal & Spiritual Conviction, that for every action is a re-action and for every choice there is a consequence. In other words...What goes around, comes around.
