He is the worst landlord ever! He does not maintain the premises. He is hardly available. His apartments are dingy, horribly kept and filthy. The building itself has many electrical deficiencies, there are bugs and rodents EVERYWHERE!!!, there is mold, unsafe stairways and drainage issues. If you have an option DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY AND LIVE SOME PLACE ELSE!!!!
He randomly enters apartments, lurks around, acts nice to your face but hangs up on you when you have a problem with the apartment. He is a slum lord if there ever was one!!!
