Cornell Pace Inc currently manages over 3000 apartments and has managed over 15,000 apartments to date . If this tenant would give there name and apartment number I could give the details as to why a non payment was commenced. CPI does not randomly start non payments.I also note that this person does not say that the repairs were not completed or that there was a problem with essential services as CPI always provides services and repairs whether or not a tenant pays their rent. Thank you
