The man is a sexist. Trust me, you do NOT want to rent from this guy. Anything that goes wrong in your apartment will be blamed on you. That's a promise.

Agreed. You don't want to have this man for a landlord. The building is old and run down. The landlord is extremely unprofessional. You can find a better deal elsewhere.

I've been Stan's tenant for a year and a half, and he's been nothing but respectful to my wife and I. I suppose there might be another side to his personality, but I strongly doubt it.
