I was suppose to rent a townhouse with blackridge real estate a.k.a pioneer property. At first I thought i had found the perfect place until the paperwork had to be taken care of. Can you say run around because thats exactly what i got. Forst off when you ask to rent the place the lady says all she wants is the security deposit. Then after the place finally passes section 8 inspection she decides she wants last month's rent and the security deposit. Totaling ovet $1200 just to move in, when you really thought you only needed $525. To make matters worse she secides that she wants you to pay for her last tenants water bill. And if you dare ask her to pay it don't expect to ever hear from her again. Basically if you want to waste a few months of your time and ovetpay for a piece of shit property rhen blackridge real estate is for you.
