Any former tenant can tell that the positive ratings on here were written by Jerry Kruth himself. They exactly match the way he writes and the ways he describes himself to people.

Agreed. The positive reviews sound as though Kruth had heavy influence on them. Stay away from his properties if you have any regard for your privacy. Moving out of his place has doubled the quality of my life. He offers nice facilities in great locations, but then intrudes beyond belief without proper notice. Every other tenant that shared our building very much agreed with me and my roommates. One guy even posted a review on here and Jerry confronted them about it and asked them to print a retraction. Some people just cannot handle the truth I suppose. STAY AWAY!!!
