I just want to comment that I lived in Pittsburgh back in the late 90s - 96-7 to be exact. I remember that Neville street had some lousy properties. Can anyone here comment on Neville street now?? Has it improved? Has it gotten worse. It seems to me that it has not changed from that person who commented about Michael Kings/Kings Real Estate.
