This guy refused to have carpets professionally cleaned. He attempted to clean them himself with a scrub brush. He also took 4 weeks to paint 3 rooms AFTER WE HAD MOVED IN. Also charged a $100 late fee (very excessive) after he claimed he would be stopping by the apartment on the due date, the time we intended to pay him in person. The list goes on and on...

Health & Safety Violations, neglectful, lack of response imploring quick attention, lack of communication and physical attention to matters, history of intimidation and lack of repairs, refused to address issues concerning health and safety concerns, refuses to comply with rules and laws of Fair Housing Act, Health department and Housing Department, statutes and ordinances. Discriminates, thinks if he writes a clause in lease and you sign, it's legal. Refuses to address noise complaints, infringes on privacy and right to peace and quiet, shows up unannounced and WILL enter building. Holes in floor, took 6 months for him to place locks on doors, left wooden splinters in rug; tenant injured cleaning it up. Negligent. Failure to pick up dog feces left by tenant or insist tenant pick it up, junk accumulation, excessive noise; never addressed. Nuisance conditions fall under Health and Safety Hazards. Still no fire extinguisher. his first priority is not the law or rights or safety of tenants; it is purely monetary.
