These people are despicable!! Slum lords of the North Side, their dwellings are falling apart, the apartments smell as some tenants have animals, and they rent to junkies, prostitutes, and deadbeats; in general, they are dragging down the communities in which they own properties. THEY DO NOT CARE about anything but the money and thumb their nose at other property owners whose values have plummeted because of their neglect of their garbage properties. These animals belong in jail, along with their tenants.
