If you are getting bad ratings, there must be a reason. Why not just take it as it is and not harass the people who took the time to rate you whichever way they wanted to. Again with the bitter grapes deniserosato. Why are you so hard on your tenants? I really feel for these tenants of yours now. Heaven forbid they post something in here for this. I think you need major therapy deniserosato. I pity the neighbors also. They probably cannot handle you either. You probably yell at them too for reasons unknown I bet. BTW, if you are good landlord, you wouldn't be complaining when a tenant has a complaint. That is your responsibility to provide a clean safe residence. If you cannot provide it, then get out of the business and let the tenants alone. Maybe this tenant should look into legal actions against you with the threats. I believe that is called harassment among other things. Mark, Ray and Dennis. You need to seek council against this psycho person. She sounds crazy!!

Wow!! Now another psycho rings in?? What is this now? This is an open forum. deniserosato admitted to not being perfect earlier in here and accused a tenant of hers on writing something that he obviously didn't. Falsely accusing people doesn't make one look any better. It actually makes you look worse. Is ruining innocent tenants lives by making false claims on them a livelihood? Slander can go both ways on here by the looks of things. Threats can be taken seriously too. So you may want choose your words wisely. BTW, who needs to move out? An innocent tenant who has the rights to complain about their living conditions? You may want to check tenant laws. You can be sued for not keeping your properties up to par. These are horrible stories we are hearing here. I feel for these tenants. They should move out immediately!!!

As for the lines, we know the city is right and you are way off. So don't even go there. As for the parking, he does that to anyone. So who cares. If they were that bad, would they have offered their spot for the move since you can't move all 10 of your cars? Hmmm As for gossip, we know the truth. I guess all your neighbors are crazy then. We talked to them all. Got the same answer from all of them. As for the car, you are out of luck. Nice try. As for asking about us now? We would still be known, but why bother coming over that way? The minute we step out, you would come out screaming as usual and cause a scene. Did you clean your mess in the yard? Probably not. Maybe the health dept needs to visit and give a citation for unsanitary conditions for not cleaning up after your dog.
