Site Updates!

Hey everyone! I'd like to announce a few site updates. The first is (as you may have noticed when you logged in) is a new user account area called the Dashboard. On your Dashboard you get a listing of all the ratings that you have left, and the option to edit them if they are less than 2 weeks old. Also, you get to edit your forum signature! That's right, our forums now have signatures, so be sure to take advantage!! Please let us know here if you experience any problems with these new features, or if you have any suggestions! We have a lot in the works, but we'd love to hear your ideas as well. Cheers, Peter Leonhardt

Peter, I posted a bad review regarding a previous landlord, and was wondering if it is possible to completely delete it. I mistakenly used the owner of the companies name instead of the company itself and now I'm being threatened with a defamation of character lawsuit unless I remove the post. I was able to go into the body of my post ant delete it, but the post itself, with the landlord's name (owner of the company) as the title, still exists and I cannot see anyway to completely delete it. Please let me know how to completely delete my post ASAP. Thanks

Our landlord went in and changed his rating with false ratings and threats against us to make us look bad. How much control do you have on this website. You need to take control of this and protect the tenants and other who post something against their landlords!!

Peter, can you please create a tab on here so that Landlords can get on here and post about bad tenants. Surely, you can't be naive enough to think that all tenants are perfect, treat our properties with respect and pay their rent on time. I even have pictures and documentation to prove it. Seems to me, this site is a little biased. Peter, the site is known as landorslum, correct? not slumtenant or badtenant. Why should a landlord be bullying tenants in here like this one apparently is? They must have something to hide if they are going this far to save themselves. I think she needs to learn something called 'freedom of speech' and needs to learn to respect that no matter what is said. Obviously, the site was created for a reason. Don't let people this this one ruin for those who want to warn others about slumlords or good landlords. Info is key to making decisions on whether to rent or not from people they don't know much about. Sorry landlords. The site is not biased in any form. Maybe it is YOU that is biased.
