I just started a lease from land lord Paul Wang in pittsburgh. NEVER lease from him. He shows up at the establishment every day, give me a hard time about getting things like broekn windows fixed (they were broken before we moved into the house) and did not have fire alarms in the house either.
Moreover, he refused to clean the house adequately before giving it to us (there is black mold and vomit on some of the walls and years worth of scum in the bathrooms). when asked, he told me that he was very busy and could not cater to my "extreme standards for cleanliness".
please tell all your friends/family/ acquaintences to not rent from Paul Wang unless you want a giant headache, mess and landlord harassing you for no reason and showing up unannounced every day.
