Delete a post?
created by: grimmabides 06/13/2011 07:52PM	Is it possible to delete a post? I was just contacted by an old Landlord whom I posted about last week and was threatened with a defamation of character lawsuit because I used his name instead of his company's name.

You were too? We were too!! They also went back and wrote nasty stuff about us to just cover their tracks and tried to say how god they are. Read Bob Rosato ratings and 'deniserosato' in general forum. BTW, what happened after all of that?> please share. We want to know what we can do too even though we know they can't do anything. They already tried once and lost. We are still here after their feeble attempts.

Sounds like you have some bitter grapes deniserosato. There must be more to the story about these bounced checks. Why attack a user on this site? They must have had a reason to post in here. I also noted in another post you stating your not 'perfect landlords'. Maybe the checks bounced for a reason. Maybe you cashed them earlier that you should have? did the tenant give a post dated check? We need to know more about this one before you can judge this person. You sound like you need a hug or something with all the bitterness. I am sure this person is much happier now after reading this.
