Landlord rating web sites have been around since the late 90’s. Don’t you know how to use Google? The last thing renters need is a dozen landlord rating web sites. Holy Cow - don’t you people know how search the Web? Why would you bother to create yet another ratings website? If you really wanted to help renters - you would have been much better off contacting one of the existing landlord rating sites and asking how you could help.
