Anybody Familiar with Steiner realty and APts?

I see to like some of the property with Steiner Realty..anybody aware of their apartments, would be grateful for any suggesions regards their location or management. Thanks a lot.

It's apparent in the Pittsburgh area, by some of the reviews I've read regarding Steiner Realty, that Steiner Realty offers rental properties at fair prices. That may almost be the case; however, after having experienced Steiner Realty as landlord, I find that they: Do not address complaints promptly, or rectify them. They want more money each year, for additional various reasons, while providing less. Maintenance and grounds-keeping at their rental properties is below average, and snow removal is nearly non-existent. Upkeep of properties is obviously low budget. I have had landlords in the past who were more pleasant, and took more interest in caring about their tenants than Steiner. Steiner Realty also seems to hide behind carefully added clauses in the lease agreement to ensure they can avoid any responsibility of dealing with problems at the rental property - leaving the tenant frustrated and upset.
